Khichdi Gujarati Recipe …

  1. 200gm Rice
  2. 50gm Mung Beans
  3. 50gm Red Lentils
  4. 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder
  5. Salt as per Taste

  1. Take a clean container and put on gas stove at low flame.
  2. Pour 4 cup water into it.
  3. After water becomes quite warm (about 2 minutes) pour Mung Beans.
  4. Boil it for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Then add Red Lentils and Rice.
  6. Also add Turmeric Powder and Salt.
  7. Cover the container with dish.
  8. Cook at medium flame for about 10 minutes.

Khichdi (Hotchpotch) is ready for your meal.
