Khichdi Gujarati Recipe …
- 200gm Rice
- 50gm Mung Beans
- 50gm Red Lentils
- 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- Take a clean container and put on gas stove at low flame.
- Pour 4 cup water into it.
- After water becomes quite warm (about 2 minutes) pour Mung Beans.
- Boil it for 7-8 minutes.
- Then add Red Lentils and Rice.
- Also add Turmeric Powder and Salt.
- Cover the container with dish.
- Cook at medium flame for about 10 minutes.
Khichdi (Hotchpotch) is ready for your meal.
