Coriander Chutney Gujarati Recipe …

  1. A Big Bunch of Coriander
  2. 1/2 Spoon Chat Masala
  3. 1 Spoon Cumin Powder
  4. 1 Big Lemon (Juice)
  5. 1 Inch Ginger (Paste)
  6. 2 Capsicum (Paste)
  7. Salt as per Taste
  8. 2 Spoon Oil

  1. Keep Oil aside and Blend all other Ingredient with a Hand Blender in a bowl and make a smooth paste.
  2. Break all the lumps while blending.
  3. Now add Oil into this smooth paste.
  4. Blend the paste again for 20-25 seconds, and mix Oil well.
  5. Oil is added as a preservative it also maintain the green color of Chutney.

Store Chutney in Cool and Dry place like Refrigerator.
