Sukhadi Gujarati Recipe …

  1. 200gm Wheat Flour
  2. 50gm Jiggery
  3. 50gm Ghee
  4. ½ Spoon Cardamom Powder
  5. 1 Spoon Poppy Seeds
  6. Chips of Almonds

  1. Take a small plate, grease with Ghee, Keep aside.
  2. Heat Ghee in a frying pan.
  3. After Ghee heat properly add Jiggery in it.
  4. Heat until Jiggery melts into Ghee.
  5. Continuously stir Jiggery so it doesn’t burns.
  6. Now add Wheat Flour into it.
  7. At low flame heat it until flour get light brown in color. Stir it continuously.
  8. Turn off gas stove and pour mixture evenly in prepared greased plate.
  9. Cool it for a while and cut into pieces, decorate with Poppy Seeds and Chips of Almonds.

Nutritive Sukhadi is ready to serve.
